PHYSIOTHERAPY AT HOME SERVICE We have well qualified and experienced physiotherapists to treat clients. They are movement specialists with a vast knowledge of the physiology and bio-mechanics. They will assist in diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation and education regarding prevention and future care. HOME VISIT DOCTORS We have Doctors for direct visit at home. Home Nursing Care Service The home nursing services usually entails wound care for pressure sores or surgical wound, patient and care – giver education, Intravenous or nutrition therapy, injections, rehabilitation therapies and monitoring serious illness and unstable health status. We are providing experienced and trained nurses for all kind of nursing procedures like intravenous injection and wound dressing etc. Medical and Surgical Dressing We are having qualified nurses for dressing for bed sore, surgical wound dressing and suture or staple home. In our home they use a gauze pad or soft cloth to clean the skin around the patients wound, following ways are being followed in our home: Use a normal saline solution (salt water) or mild soapy water. Soak the gauze or cloth in the saline solution or soapy water, and gently dab or wipe the skin with it. Try to remove all drainage and any dried blood or other matter that may have built up on the skin. DO NOT use skin cleansers, alcohol, peroxide, iodine, or soap with antibacterial chemicals. These can damage the wound tissue and slow healing. Our Caretakers may also ask to irrigate, or wash out, patients wound: Fill a syringe with salt water or soapy water, whichever your doctor recommends. Hold the syringe 1 to 6 inches (2.5 to 15 centimeters) away from the wound. Spray hard enough into the wound to wash away drainage and discharge. Use a clean soft, dry cloth or piece of gauze to carefully pat the wound dry.
